Forty-two teams from New Jersey and Pennsylvania will compete in the only scholastic live period event of the season held at Montgomery High School (Skillman, NJ). AAU will pause as high school squads reunite and battle at Girls Jersey Live in front of college coaches from around the country. We will also get our first official look at the incoming freshmen (2028) class! I’ve assembled an easy-to-read guide (in accordance with NJBCA’s schedule) for keeping up with all the action, to check out who’s playing who, on what court and at what time, in addition to some names who are sure to turn heads!

Can’t-Miss Hoopers:

Long, physical guard unafraid to dive and scrap for 50/50 balls. High efficiency from 15 feet & strong rebounding from the guard spot. She is a disruptor of defense and uses all of her length to wreak havoc, from swiping steals to swatting shots.

One of the summer’s biggest stock risers, Ava is doing damage on the Nike circuit. Lockdown perimeter defender; applies pesky pressure. Mid-range mastery and incredible grit.

Strong takes to the hoop; baseline rips and straightaway lane drives. Range out to 3. She is a committed defender who prides herself on locking down and forcing turnovers. A player who does all the little things to help her team win games!

The state’s #1 ranked rising sophom*ore! A total gym rat with a next-level frame. Very shifty and athletic with a scorer’s mentality. Versatility allows for successful play at the 1-4 positions.

Long, lean and impactful on both sides of the ball. Terrific spotting up from 3 or draining a short jumper around the paint. Excellent mobility and lateral quickness. Problematic length on defense.

She may just be one of the best 3-point snipers in this event! Deep range daggers come at a high clip. She runs the point with superior confidence and has sharp court vision, from outlet passes, to post-entry passes and everything in between.

Great size at 6’0″; versatile Wing. She is assertive around the rim and reliable shooting it from deep. Strong defender and paint protector who gets her hands on a lot of shots.

Aggressive rim-runner who does a great job finishing on both sides of the glass. Ultra quick & confident guard. She takes high percentage shots from the field and has deep range that extends well beyond the arc.

Physical guard who doesn’t shy away from contact at the rim. Tough as nails! Her 15-foot jumper is both silky smooth and highly efficient.

She brings toughness and a versatile skillset. Assertive in the paint and confident popping from outside. She makers her presence felt on defense and does a great job staying vertical to block shots without racking up fouls.

High energy, high intensity player. Her short jumper is a thing of beauty! She manufactures in traffic and does a really good job weaving her way through the defense and getting to the hoop.

One of the best guards in the state regardless of Class, Jada is must-see tv! Devastating off the dribble and able to absorb a lot of contact around the rim. Punishing mid-range game.

Super speedy guard with a tenacious two-way game. Vocal leader who executes set-plays. Menacing 3-point threat. A lot of experience playing international FIBA ball, with aids in her ability to finish through contact at a high level.

Zippy lead guard with devastating 3-point shooting prowess. Smooth step-back middy. She runs the floor hard and excels in transition; super high motor.

She’s an absolute sniper from long range who drains 3-point baskets in rapid succession. Totally unafraid on contact; crashes the glass and bangs with the big to pull down rebounds. Very scrappy defender.

Tremendous size at 6’3″. She battles hard in the post and stretches the floor well too; range out to 3. Moves effortlessly getting up and down the floor. High confidence and even higher ceiling!

Long and athletic Wing who slashes to the rim, leading with her body and finishes at a high rate. Emerging mid-range game. Workhorse player who never stops fighting out there.

A natural scorer who gets it done in a number of ways; spotting up from 3, confidence takes to the hoop and everything in between. At 5’10”, her length allows her to extend over defenders and get a good shot off.

Superb handles and the ability to create with her off-hand and manufacture in traffic. Whether scoring or facilitating, she makes plays and shows off a sharp basketball acumen.

The Tampa commit has strong court vision and a smooth perimeter game. She keeps a tight dribble while speeding downhill, looking to either drive and kick or take it all by herself. Deep range out beyond the arc. Sharp basketball acumen.

Strong, physical and versatile. She leads with her body and has great control under the rim. Dangerous corner shooter. Matchup nightmare because of her size, strength and integrity.

Sharp instincts. Quick on the attack, gets to the rim at will. Her perimeter game is tough to contain; high efficiency & a quick release. Very engaged on defense with quick reflexes and active hands.

Menacing presence in and around the paint. Very disciplined footwork and post moves; tough to contain when she establishes position down low. She runs the floor really well and maintains high energy from the first whistle to the last. Rebounding machine!

Passionate, gritty and fearless. She takes it right at the bigs on the drive and battles through contact to earn trips to the stripe. Committed defender who applies pressure and prides herself on forcing turnovers.

College-ready 6’0″ frame with an efficient inside-out game. Polished in the low post; battles hard and displays exceptional footwork. Confident letting it fly from the perimeter. Big, strong body wreaks havoc on defense and rebounding.
